How to choose and store fresh celery:
To choose fresh celery make sure its stalks look more firm and crispy. be careful about color of the stalks which is representative of freshness (fresh stalks are light green without any black or brown spot on them).
Warping it with a paper bag or put it in plastic bag and keep it in refrigerator but remember to eat fresh celery within 7 days of buying otherwise it would lose its mineral compounds and properties.
Fresh celery has a universal favoritism owing to its low calorie. It has a wide range of health benefits that’s why it is known as one of the healthiest vegetable in the world.
