How to prepare:

Curd is prepared in two ways, industrial and traditional. However, both has the same base which has 2 main steps. To begin with, separating fat from milk and yogurt. Afterward, it would be boiled to be concentrated. It can be found in different state such as liquid or solid.

How to store:

Be it dried or liquid, it should be kept in refrigerator.
