How to select and store:
Tripod bell pepper are sweeter. Its skin should be clear and shiny and also without any sting. Bell pepper in red color is more mature than that of green one so it shouldn’t be kept more than 4 days in refrigerator. It is better to wrap bell pepper in cellophane and keep in refrigerator’s drawer.
