How to choose and store:

Choose green and purple ones without any black spot on them which is the sign of deterioration. To store fresh basil, having washed and dried it, you should wrap them on towel and keep it in refrigerator. Another way which is proved to be more influential is to cover a container with paper napkin and put fresh basil into container and then cover basils with paper napkin.
