How to select and store:
Choose the fresh and bright ones in light green color without any dark spot or softness on its skin.  Take ones which are firmer and heavier in small and medium size.
Put fresh zucchini in plastic bag and keep it in refrigerator for 4 days. Do not wash it unless you want to consume it.
