How to select and store:
Choose the firm and fresh ones without any dark spot, softness or sprouts on its surface. Its color should be light brown to yellow. The brown one with rough skin is light inside and is rich in carbohydrate. The yellow one is sweeter and tastier.
It should be stored in dark and dry place. Keep fresh potato in room temperature. It would last for 3 to 4 month
