How to choose and store:
Choose ripped ones with bright and smooth skin. It shouldn’t have any damage or green spot on it. Look for firm but not too hard with depth color.
It is better to put fresh and ripe nectarine in a sealed plastic bag in refrigerator, however you can also put its unripe on your counter to ripe in few days.
