How to select and store:

Choose fresh, crispy and firm carrot with dark orange color. Avoid taking one with dark spot or softness on its surface. It is better to put it in plastic bag and keep it in refrigerator. It would be fresh for 2 weeks unless it is kept next to other fruits.
