How to prepare:
There is a long list of pickles which are common between Iranian, however the preparation proses are the same. First and foremost, wash vegetables and sliced them in any size you’d prefer. Afterward, put them in a sealed container filled with vinegar and add favor or scent vegetables.
How to store:
It is better to keep pickles in cool and dried area.
