How to choose and store fresh celery:

To choose fresh celery make sure its stalks look more firm and crispy. be careful about the color of the stalks which is representative of freshness (fresh stalks are light green without any black or brown spots on them).

Warping it with a paper bag or put it in a plastic bag and keep it in the refrigerator but remember to eat fresh celery within 7 days of buying otherwise it will lose its mineral compounds

and properties.

Fresh celery has a universal favoritism owing to its low calories. It has a wide range of health benefits that’s why it is known as one of the healthiest vegetables in the world. Although it is mainly common to use stalks, its leaves are rich in antioxidants i.e. B-carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin which serve as an important means of immune-boosting and cancer protection. What’s more, leaves comprise vitamin A which is essential for eye-sight betterment.
